Screw-retained Restorations …

Remove the risk of excess subgingival cementation - the leading cause of implant failure - with screw-retained crowns. We fuse a Zirconia crown to a titanium interface that is compatible with most major implant manufacturers.

Zirconia crown

For many years, Full-Contour Zirconia restorations struggled to be naturalistic without compromising the strength of the bridge. The new Zirlux Transitions is the perfect balance of strength, esthetics, and translucence that can be used universally throughout the mouth – from a single crown to a full-arch bridge. Royal Crown Dental Lab is committed to serving our clients and their patients with the best materials on the market, which is why we implement Zirlux Transitions into our everyday use.

IPS e.max is a lithium disilicate glass ceramic that has optimized translucency, durability, and strength for full anatomical restorations. Due to the use of new technologies and optimized processing parameters, IPS e.max lithium disilicate has evolved beyond previously available lithium disilicate ceramics.

IPS e.max lithium disilicate restorations exhibit superior durability featuring 360-400 MPa of flexural strength. When fabricated to full-contour, the monolithic structure is the most robust ceramic system tested to date. The opalescence, translucency, and light diffusion properties of IPS e.max lithium disilicate were all designed to replicate natural tooth structure for beauty and undetectable restorations.

Known for our advanced skills in crafting all-ceramic restorations, our technicians apply that expertise to the IPS e.max product line. Our technicians, who have always crafted excellent restorations, are capable of bringing IPS e.max from good to great with superior fabrication of this innovative product.
